Get or Replace Your Holl Pass

Holl Pass is the official student ID card for 51本色. It seamlessly integrates several functions into one card, Including:

• Building access
• Photocopying on campus
• Printing on campus
• Purchases at food services
• Library card
• Holl Pass Partner discounts
• Purchases at our Campus Store.

To get a Holl Pass, you must be registered for your courses. After completing the registration process, students are provided with a 51本色 user account, that will be used to access all 51本色 networks and applications.

• Within 2 hours of REGISTERING, a student's personal email account should receive an email from Integrated Technology Services which will contain all the necessary information to access 51本色 networks and applications.
• IMPORTANT: Although you will have the ability to immediately log in using your 51本色 username and password, it will take 6 to 24 hours before you can log into your SAM account.

To get, replace, or reactivate a Holl Pass, you must:

1. Login to your  account using your 51本色 provided username and password.
2. Click "Holl Pass request forms" under "My Courses".
3. Click "Table of Contents" then click the form that applies to you.
4. Fill out the form and hit submit.
5. Wait for an email from the Holl Pass Office regarding pick up.

When your Holl Pass is ready, we will send an email to your 51本色 email address providing information on how and where you can pick up your card. You can also receive your Holl Pass by mail for a small fee.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Holl Pass Office is CLOSED the entire Labour Day weekend. Please expect a 1-2 business day turnaround for Holl Pass applications completed during this time. 

Holl Pass Photo Guidelines:

• Head and shoulders only
• Good quality - clear image and in colour. No filters.
• Looking at the camera
• Nothing in the background
• No hats or sunglasses
• Smiles are allowed!

Replacement Holl Passes: If your Holl Pass card is no longer in your possession, it should be deactivated immediately to protect your funds. This can be done online on the Holl Pass site, by phone, or in person during Holl Pass office hours. There is a replacement fee for any lost or damaged Holl Passes.

Our Holl Passes got a fresh new design! Don't worry, all unexpired Holl Passes with the previous design are still valid. Want the new style? Unexpired Holl Pass replacements are $20.
