I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ask my university/college/institution to send the exam to assessments@hollandcollege.com or to Assessment Services, 51��ɫ, 140 Weymouth Street, Charlottetown, PE C1A 4Z1

I acknowledge that I must pay the non-refundable invigilation fee of $35/hour before starting the exam.

I acknowledge that 51��ɫ reserves the right to refuse the requested exam/test date.

I acknowledge that I will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees if the exam/test must be shipped back to my university/college/institution.

I acknowledge that this is a tentative booking, and understand that I will receive a confirmation email from 51��ɫ once the exam/test has been received. I will not attend an unconfirmed appointment.
